DESCRIPTION

PROGEN Guard SD-Coat is a sprayable antimicrobial coating with a broad spectrum of activity and effectiveness for all types of hard surfaces. It's the smartest, easiest way to not only kill 99.99% of microbes within a few seconds, but also to protect surfaces for up to 30 days.

When applied, Guard Technology adheres and remains active, forming an invisible layer of antimicrobial protection that provides long-lasting self-disinfecting properties to any treated surface or material. In addition, it also prevents the formation of biofilm and inhibits the growth of mould responsible for bad odours and accelerated degradation of materials.

APPLICATION FIELD

This product is suitable for Hospitals, Medical Centres, Nursing Homes, Hotels, Restaurants, Public Transports, Transport Hubs, Sanitary Facilities, Hard Surfaces (benches, tables, flooring, equipment, railings, ATMs, etc.), Offices, Shops and Shopping Centres, Schools and Colleges, Gymnasiums, Working Stations and in general, for all types of procedures that require professional hygiene and prevention or control of cross-contamination.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• DOSAGE:

PROGEN Guard SD-Coat is a product with antimicrobial properties, to be used directly on the surface to be treated. In order to ensure efficacy and durability, dilution is not recommended.

• APPLICATION:

PROGEN Guard SD-Coat is adequate to all types of facilities where deep disinfection is required, by spraying or manual application. To enhance the desired effect, make sure the surface is clean and dry.

1.Apply the product evenly and abundantly to the surface.

2.Spread with a cloth or accessory to cover completely the desired area.

3.Allow the product to dry and to bond with the surface:

Contact time with surfaces: 15 minutes

4.After the cure time and if necessary, remove the visible excess solution with a clean cloth. The treated surface will not show any macroscopic change in its properties, texture or colour. 5. Reapply the product during the cleaning cycle, weekly or monthly, depending on the need and use of the surface 6.Surfaces will remain protected against recontamination for up to 30 days, even when subjected to regular cleaning (with microfiber cloths and without the use of anionic detergents), unless deep abrasion occurs on the surface.

• RECOMMENDATION:

The product starts its antimicrobial activity immediately after the 1st application, so that the surface cure time coincides with the deep disinfection of 99.99% of microorganisms. Forms a protective bacteriostatic film that actively protects the “high touch” and “high risk” surfaces against new contaminations for up to 30 days between applications. Ideal for maintaining the daily environment and surfaces always protected and sanitized for long periods of time, without the need for continuous disinfection and the use of products for this purpose.
